1 The court of appeals reversed appellant Geoffrey Mussers conviction for violating Arizonas telephone harassment statute, Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) § 13-2916.A (the statute), on grounds that the statute is overbroad and infringes on constitutionally protected speech. Because we hold that the court erred in granting appellant standing to challenge the constitutionality of the statute, we vacate the decision of the court of appeals and reinstate appellants conviction.
